OVERVIEW
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are generally considered final.
By placing an order with Cortex, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
All return, refund, replacement, cancellation, and damaged order requests must be submitted through Cortex customer support.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns may only be considered in limited circumstances, including:

To request a return review, customers must contact Cortex support within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted outside this period may be denied.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for return consideration, customers may be required to provide:

Cortex reserves the right to deny any return request that does not include sufficient documentation.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING
All approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Customers are solely responsible for:

duties

tracking and delivery confirmation
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cortex is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

partially used products

subscription renewals

sale items

promotional items

gift cards

products purchased through unauthorized sellers

products damaged through misuse or improper storage
Returns sent without prior approval from Cortex support may be refused or discarded.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
Cortex subscription orders and VIP pricing memberships are recurring billing programs.
Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription prior to the next billing cycle.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds are not issued for:

processed subscription renewals

shipments already processed
-
failure to read subscription terms

unused subscription products
Cancellation requests must be submitted through customer support.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Cortex support within 7 days of delivery.
Cortex may, at its discretion:

approve a refund

deny the claim where insufficient evidence is provided
Cortex reserves the right to require return of the original product before issuing any replacement or refund.
REFUND PROCESSING

Cortex reserves the right to deny refunds where abuse, fraud, excessive claims, or policy violations are suspected.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Cortex support may result in:

permanent account suspension

cancellation of future orders
-
restriction from future purchases
-
submission of evidence to payment processors
-
collection activity where permitted by law
Customers agree to attempt to resolve all order concerns through Cortex support before initiating external disputes.
POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Cortex reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
