SUBSCRIPTION DISCLOSURE

All purchases made through Cortex are part of a recurring monthly subscription program unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Cortex to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the disclosed subscription rate until cancellation.

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days.

You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to continue receiving shipments or recurring charges.

To cancel your subscription, you must contact Cortex support before your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal charge has been processed may apply to the following billing cycle.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • subscription charges are recurring

  • billing occurs automatically

  • failure to cancel does not qualify for a refund

  • chargebacks initiated after agreeing to these terms may result in account suspension, collections activity, dispute evidence submission, restriction from future purchases, and other actions permitted by law

Refunds are not provided for:

  • subscription renewals

  • failure to cancel

  • partially used products

  • dissatisfaction with subjective results

  • failure to read the terms disclosed at checkout
